Brassic Ends Its Run with Tarantino-Inspired Finale
Joseph Gilgun and Danny Brocklehurst are wrapping up on their humorous show about a close-knit group of likable chancers causing chaos in a countryside town in Lancashire. You might expect the last episode to be a nostalgic highlight reel of alcohol, substances, and playful theft. However, the atmosphere turns much more somber as the character Vinnie, played by Gilgun and the crew barricade themselves in a pub with criminal figure Davey MacDonagh for a final 50th installment seemingly influenced by the filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
